ART 230 – Intro to Computer Graphics

Fall 2001

This is the very first image I ever created using Photoshop. For this assignment we all started with a posterized black & white image of a treasure troll. OpArt assignment. This is the image that won my first ADDY Award. Another variation on the OpArt assignment. Logo Redesign Assignment. Quote based assignment. An assignment based on image variations. An assignment based on shapes & gray scale. An assignment based on shapes & color.

ART300 – Computer Graphics II

Spring 2002

Mixed Media assignment, various materials were required to complete this exercise, including scans of three dimensional objects and hand drawn sketches as well as x-rays of my own arm. This assignment focused on negative space. One of a 3 image series. This assignment was to create road signs based on a provided list of options. One of a 3 image series. I was taught by Dr. John A Labadie, and recieved my bacholer’s degree in studio art with a primary concentration in Computer Graphics and secondary concentration in Illustration.
